Mercury Analytics is seeking a Research Associate to join the Insights and Analytics team. You will work with research partners to lead and oversee projects ranging from advertising campaign measurement to concept tests and thought leadership projects for various clients. As a Research Associate, you play a critical role as the clients’ trusted advisor. Working closely with your team and directly with clients, you will act as a research partner dedicated to developing, executing, and managing complex, multi-platform studies. You will play a role in methodology and study design, management, and reporting. The ideal candidate has had previous experience conducting qualitative, quantitative, and/or digital research projects and a deep interest in understanding people and data. Top-notch Excel and PowerPoint skills are required, and a knowledge of data analysis techniques, including but not limited to statistical significance testing, correlation analysis, multivariate analysis is strongly preferred.
